ngv rigg design prize 2015
winner 'unfolding' by adam goodrum
exhibition 18 september - 7th February 2016 at NGV
We were approached by Sydney designer, Adam Goodrum, to take on the construction portion of 'Unfolding' - a concept that transforms clear acrylic structures (houses) into colourful translucent 3D objects by using dichroic film and intelligent lighting techniques.
As a proud supporting partner, we congratulate Adam on achieving this accolade.
Construction included:
- CNC routed 6mm clear acrylic components, polished edges
- weld clear acrylic piano hinges
- hand laminate/wet mount dichroic film
- onsite assembly of components at NGV
